Moving from isolated teachers to connected R&D Teams across multiple schools

Recently, I had the privilege of sharing an idea I am passionate about with the Transforming Teaching Project.  How might we foster more intentional collaboration between public, charter, and private schools?  How might we bolster student achievement and empower teachers to connect with colleagues outside of their network to inform best practices?

For more information on the Transforming Teaching Project, click here.  The project is housed at Harvard University, and it is led by Associate Professor Jal Mehta.  I first heard about this organization through co-founder Tyler Thigpen, former Head of Upper School at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School.
